I teach with passion and a sense of fun, aiming to help each of my students to connect with their bodies, their hearts and their souls. My classes include physical postures, (asanas), breathing practices, (pranayama), yoga philosophy, relaxation and meditation. My goal is to support all of my students in finding their happy, healthy and balanced place in life.
