Nothing beats spending time with like-minded individuals who are all passionate about Yoga, Meditation and living life in a healthy and heartfelt way.
I attended my first retreat in Cyprus many years ago and discovered how amazing it was to really immerse myself fully in my practice. Before long, I was hosting my own retreats. Retreats are my favourite way to spend quality time with my students, sharing the gifts of this ancient practice of yoga, and allowing everyone to take time and space to just be.
During my retreats, we use our time together to press the pause button on every day life, to explore yoga and meditation in more depth than is possible in a 75 minute class and to just be, letting go of the need to do anything.
We learn how to take this into every day life helping us to live in a way that is authentic, heartfelt and joyful.
Locations for retreats all follow a similar theme: they’re peaceful, they’re tranquil and in a beautiful setting. There is always lots of yoga, mindfulness and meditation to take part in, or feel free to rest and absorb the space and peace of the setting.

Workshops with Ali
Workshops are like a mini retreats but as a one day or 3.5 hour event, they are perfect if you are not able to commit to a full weekend or week.
Workshops are usually in the Cheshire region and give us time to explore a theme or set of postures in some depth.
