Healing and Restorative Postnatal yoga for Mum, learning to play with more confidence with your baby, and time to meet other mums and babies
yoga goes perfectly hand in hand with babies.
Yoga is a perfect way to bring your postnatal body back to a place of strength and ease, and my unique postnatal mum and baby yoga classes is a great opportunity to do yoga together. Unlike most Baby Yoga classes you will see advertised, my classes fully integrate moves for both mums and babies. As a qualified BWY Postnatal Yoga Teacher, and qualified Birthlight Baby Yoga Teacher, you can be confident that you are in safe hands for your postnatal journey.
I provide classes which assist in your baby’s development for every step of your baby’s first year of life.

Postnatal Mum and Baby Yoga Classes
For you:
My Postnatal classes are based around gentle and restorative yoga poses and breathing exercises that will help you to regain your muscle tone after the birth of your baby. Now is not the time to set off on a round of burpees or a 10 mile run. It’s really important to regain the strength of your core and pelvic floor first, and this takes time. It took 9 months to grow your baby and it takes at least that for your body to regain its strength. It’s a time to be patient as you nurture your body and your baby.
These classes are also a great way to meet and chat with other new Mums in your local area and make friends for life. This community and support network can make such a positive difference in the first year (and beyond) with your baby.
For Your Baby
Baby yoga classes are a safe space for you and your baby to bond together through gentle and fun baby stretches, songs and swings. Birthlight baby yoga follows the natural progression of babies development, supporting babies as they learn on emotional, physical and cognitive levels.
